Finally, Thai Rung Caravan has arrived at Bhutan, in order to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Thailand-Bhutan Friendship. This is an epic history that has the long 8-day journey of Thai people to visit the land of Bhutan through 3 countries by car caravan.

After a long journey 7 days from Bangkok, entering Myanmar, through India, ending at Bhutan since June 21, 2019. Yesterday, Thai people led by the Bhutanese Ambassador of Thailand, along with Thai Rung cars manufacturing in Thailand. And over 20 Thai people have arrived in Thimphu which is the capital of Bhutan is completed amidst a warm friendly welcome from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bhutan, causing the Thai flag to wave on the land of Bhutan to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Thai-Bhutan relations.

Throughout the route, Thai people have seen the development of transportation routes. Almost every country is over 3750 kilometers distance and still see the traditional way of life of farming, including the way of life of each locality, and also faced with rain falling in many areas until many rivers to overflow. We also saw the opening of the trade route between India and Nepal linked to Bhutan.

Data from the Ministry of Commerce indicated that Bhutan is a country that imports a lot of Thai products, 3 years ago, not over 50 million baht per year. But both courtiers are friendly for a long long time. Thailand has supported Bhutan in many ways. Especially academic knowledge in agriculture and raw material for product production in domestic, as well known as OTOP products. In addition, there are exchanges of scholarships between the two countries.
